How to make a return

We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping to you and therefore, we can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods. Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
1. Your order number, your full name, and the date the order was placed and received
2. A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
3. The reason for the return of the products

Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt, and will be credited to your credit card.
